How to Remove the Tensioner Pulley?
1.Use a socket that matches the bolt on the pulley.
2.Turn the socket counterclockwise to loosen up the bolt.
3.Remove the bolt in the pulley to take out the defective part.
4.Carefully replace it with a new one.

The part was defective due to the cylinder not retracting.I returned the item for a refund and ordered the Dayco brand tensioner which is a very good quality product.
