Bought this for a contractor who was doing work on my house after seeing him reaching in his pocket for nails and screws and dropping them.He loved it!! He has thanked me many times.

This 4-in-1 laser level, while marketed for its multiple functions, has proven invaluable to me for a very specific reason: its ability to securely and easily mount my existing, higher-quality laser level to the wall. While many reviewers focus on the built-in laser, my primary use case bypasses that feature entirely. My main challenge with my professional-grade laser level has always been finding a stable and appropriately-heighted platform. Tripods and clamps are options, but they often require additional furniture or makeshift supports to achieve the desired level. This 4-in-1 device solves that problem elegantly. It attaches securely to drywall (even with textured paint) in seconds, providing a stable and infinitely adjustable mounting point.I haven't tested it on exterior brick, and I suspect it wouldn't adhere well to that surface. However, it should perform even better on smoother surfaces like windows, marble, or finished wood. The built-in laser of the 4-in-1 unit itself is, in my opinion, just okay. It's functional, but it doesn't compare to the brightness and precision of my dedicated laser level. The dust catcher attachment is a minor bonus, but not a feature I find particularly useful. The true value of this tool, for me, lies in its ability to act as a quick, secure, and damage-free wall mount for a separate, higher-quality laser level. If you struggle with positioning your laser level and want a hassle-free solution for wall mounting, this 4-in-1 device is a surprisingly effective and convenient tool, even if you never use its built-in laser. I no longer have to worry with setup.

Not what I was expecting. Apparently it's a vacuum for when you drill a hole in your dry wall, it catches the dust. The laser was difficult to use and it just over all didn't work that well.

It took me a few minutes to really figure this device out. My biggest complaint is the instructions that come with it. They are minimal and printed so tiny I had to use a magnifying glass to read them. Once I got through them I realized this is actually two devices.First is the wall suction laser level. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that my textured painted walls were no hinderance to the suction. I held the device up, pressed the on button on the right side, and in a few seconds the suction was holding the device to the wall. Press and hold the button for two seconds and a laser comes from the bottom. So, determine which way you're measuring level, use the appropriate level bubble, then turn the laser on. I saw some reviewers complain about the laser line. Mine is strong and visible across a large room. I have no complaints.Attached on top of the level is a drill guide. You can remove the top and it has an opening for a drill bit and a container beneath it. You can drill your hole and the dust will be collected. That's an OK idea, but if you're fine-tuning where you're going to drill, it's not easy to tell through the drill opening on the container. That awkwardness along with the instructions is why this is a four versus five star tool. If I poke the bit through, make sure it's in the right place, then try and straighten out the dust container it might work ok.....though it would be easier with another hand. The seller calls this a three in one device and a four in one device. I can see it's a laser level and a suction guide for drilling. I'm not sure what the third or fourth capabilities are.Dust collector aside, I do like the suction holding of the laser leveler. That's a great help for mirrors or larger pictures.

The laser dispersed so quickly and thick that it made it unusable after only a couple of feet.

This is a tool I will use every time I hang art on the wall. It suctions to the wall firmly and stayed suctioned for the entire project. As the pressure reduces, it automatically increases the suction on its own. You can set it where you need it, push the button to suction it, and leave in place until you're done. Then you push the button again and it releases. The laser works great too! I determined the height I wanted to hang my art and then used the laser line to line up all three frames. It has level bubbles incorporated into the device making it super easy to verify that it's level. I also got out my own level to check its accuracy and it was perfectly accurate. Another handy option is the drill hole tool. It will collect the dust as you drill into the wall and helps guide the drill, all while firmly attached to the wall. There is also an attachment that allows you to screw on a laser level. The only complaint is the instructions were lacking, but it's pretty simple to figure out. And, it came fully charged! My projects took me an hour to complete and the device is still charged to 75%.
