Received the press on January 28, 2025 and heating element has stopped working on May 1 2025. Would not recommend this product.

After researching so long on heat press I bought this one and I love it! I have made a few projects with the heat press and don’t really have any complaints on it. It good quality, easy to use and it’s a cute color.

The product is amazing. Works great and when a piece was broken during shipment and delivery, the company was able to send a replacement piece with no issue. I would recommend this product to everyone and anyone who is wanting to try making cups, shirts, hats and etc. It is easy to use and to setup.

I love this press. Though I don't understand how to get the timer and such to work. That is an issue but thankfully I do know how to count and use a timer on my phone. The shirt press area is a bit small but it does work fine for what I need it for. I am just a cricut hobbiest. I have used one of the mug presses which worked out great for me. I do like the fact that the shirt press bottom area slides out as well as the top swings to the side. Those are just a couple of the things I have done with my press

I did research, read reviews, then used gift cards given by my sons to buy this (to make gifts for them, of course.)Box was good shape. But the warehouse pick label label with my name was off center and under it was a label to a man two towns away.When I opened the box, from the top, the item was upside down and the fitted Styrofoam was busted. All attachments were loose. The bottom piece of foam was upside down and turned out it should have been the top piece, because there were sections for each attachment.Could be an Amazon fulfillment issue, so I kept unpacking.It was heavy, welds seemed good and consistent. Buy there was a sizable dent in the largest mug attachment.So, I repackaged it (properly) and returned it. My refund was issued to my account two hours after I dropped it off at the UPS store.Instructions sucked.But they included a new free tshirt and hat to practice on.Despite this, I trust my research on this company and I will try buying a different model from them again and hope it is new. Or back it goes.
