The mesh is crafted from thick wires, approximately 0.5mm, and is nicely woven.It maintains its shape well and doesn’t bend too easily.The pieces are well-cut, straight, and nicely packaged.Special scissors are required for cutting, and caution is advised due to the sharp edges.

I bought this to use on my litter robot machine. The mesh that it comes with to sort through the used kitty litter has holes that are too big. I cut this mesh to the same size as the grid for the litter. I used a heavy duty wire cutter, and it cut easily. Using some of the leftover wire, from the wire mesh I twist tied this to the front of the grill for the litter and it worked great, just what I needed.

LABLPSAI 10 Mesh Wire Mesh works perfect for sealing my home from rodents. I have an old cabin with a crawlspace and have had a few rodents sneak in through plumbing openings in cabinets, this mesh wire keeps them out.

The mesh is very sturdy and appears to be the correct steel that is advertised. I'm using it to replace some mesh screen on my crawl space vents. The holes are small enough to let air through but keep out unwanted bugs and critters.

I used this mesh in full glass top stepping stone as a reinforcement and it’s very strong. I didn’t have a proper cutter for the mesh but I was able to cut it down to the correct size with a bit of patience. I later got tin snips and was more easily able to cut it. With 2 sheets of this mesh I have enough for at least 4 large stepping stones. I’m very pleased with this mesh.

This 5 Mesh made of stainless steel will work well for my intended use, which will be to cover the backfilled (subgrade) side of a scupper pipe in a wall. This is tough stuff and will need a cutting wheel or tin snips to cut. This size of mesh does not bend easily, requiring pliers to do so, and will hold it's shape. It also has large enough openings to be difficult to clog or plug***Mesh 101: How to determine what size mesh you needI had to go through this myself in trying to determine what size mesh I needed so I’m going to share what I’ve learned with you.Mesh sizing can be referred to as # Mesh, or # Gauge Mesh. However, the word ‘Gauge’ can be misleading, because mesh gauge does not use the same sizing system as electrical wire gauge.‘5 Mesh’ or ’20 Gauge Mesh,’ or whatever number precedes it, refers to the number of mesh openings per inch.The next most important number to look at is the wire size. Usually the wire diameter will be indicated. This will tell you how heavy duty and rigid the mesh is. It also tells you how much opening space remains. A large wire size for the same gauge of mesh will mean a stronger mesh but with smaller openings.. A small wire size for the same gauge will mean a more flexible mesh with larger openings. Depending upon the intended use, one or the other will be more preferred.

Initially my wife and I obtained these mesh sheets for some sifters we were using at the Crater of Diamonds State Park in Arkansas. We used them to supplement the existing 1/2" mesh so we could dial in the size of material we had to work with. The quality of the mesh is nothing short of perfection, they are very heavy-duty.The material was so durable we wound up using it to help when it came to rinsing/cleaning up quartz mined from the Mt. Ida region. I would definitely purchase this material again.

This mesh is so tough that I didn't have the proper tool to actually cut it. Tried wire cutters, heavy duty snips, even a bolt cutter....but it just bends around the blades instead of cutting. I eventually had to use tiny micro-snips and nibble away at it. The description images were a bit misleading, although they do show it being cut by a pretty heavy duty pair of cutters, so maybe it's my bad. However, it did bend beautifully for my project and I'm happy with the quality of the mesh.
