This is a very attractive coffee maker. It is finished in stainless and black. The inside, filter basket and liner are smooth and shiney. It has a convenient valve in the front to dispense coffee with plastic handle to insulate against heat. It is all-in-one, add water, grounds, and turn it on. The filter basket lifts out easily (similar to a perculator) for cleaning. I did notice the rubber gasket or seal around the on/off switch wants to pull away a bit when moving the switch. It is a minimal issue and I will watch it. It isn't falling off, just going to keep an eye on it.

This is a good coffee/drink urn. It does what it's supposed to. It feels pretty sturdy. It looks nice.It comes in a box protected by styrofoam.It works well and it's really big, so perfect for bigger gatherings/events. It's easy to clean. It holds 2 gallons of liquid (around 50 cups).It could be used for many different drinks.It's very easy to set up and operate. The instructions are clear.It has auto shut off and light indicator to tell you when it's ready.The tap works well.Overall this is a good product, the only reason I took one star off is because I think it's slightly overpriced.

This is a fantastic coffee urn. It heats and percolates perfectly. It is fast and makes a great coffee service for group meetings. It is very simple to use and clean and seems very sturdy. The spill try makes clean up super simple and keeps table clothes from getting wet. With a variable temperature control, your coffee can be made without it burning skin off if you do spill. Good lid seal and wonderful level indicator. This is a wonderful unit I would recommend to anyone.

We own a Craft Services company and this 50 cup coffee urn is the perfect size for smaller gigs with smaller crews. 50 cups is ambitious, we've gotten 35 but the cups we offer are also a generous size so that is likely where the cup count differs. It holds about 2 US gallons of liquid.Our very favorite part is the rubber-like wrap on the outside of the urn! It protects the unit from scratches while being transported around different lots and also protects from accidental burns should someone touch it, not realizing how hot it is.And, even when completely full, it can still be lifted and moved thanks to that wrap on the outside. It weights about 26 LB when completely full.There was a bit of issue with the rubber boot around the power switch but it was wedged back into place with gentle use of a flathead screwdriver.Brews quickly, a huge PLUS when trying to get an entire crew their morning cuppa and there is a temperature adjust on the outside which allows us to keep contents warm during slow periods and then turn it up to get it hotter when breaks approach. AWESOME!!Love the stainless filter basket as well. There is no need for us to carry paper filters, we can just dump used grounds and brew again which saves us time and space in our transport pack.There is a gauge right above the spigot that shows the liquid level inside the urn so we always know when it's time to refill without opening the top and looking inside, keeping the heat inside where it belongs.This urn looks fantastic, very high end and it works perfectly!!Well worth the cost of $123.99 (at time of review). If you have events, this is a huge plus for your coffee needs!

This coffee urn has been excellent so far. It keeps water or coffee hot yet the exterior, while warm, does not get hot enough to injure. The water level indicator is great so that I know when to start the next batch. The filter will get discolored, but so will a percolator that uses paper filters. Make sure your coffee is not too finely ground or some grounds may seep thru the filter. Overall very happy with this item, but the $116 asking price is 40% more than a name-brand urn of similar size at a big-box store.
