These work well with an ISI Easy Whip (0.25L). I have had the ISI for so long, I had to get the seal replaced, otherwise the NO2 would just leak out. If you do have issues with any leakage, it's the seal.NO2 dissolves in fat, so it's great for liquids with fat content like heavy cream. Making fresh whipped cream is a breeze with these cartridges and the ISI.

This is perfect for adding bubbles to your whipped cream. You need the correct whipped cream container / maker, but then works great!

I dug out my 35 year old ISI whip cream dispenser to test these out. I had forgotten how much fun they are and how easy it is to have whipped cream around. I mixed powdered sugar and vanilla into the heavy cream, put the charger on and everything worked great. The very first squirt was a bit sloppy, but from then on until the cream was gone, I had perfect whipped cream. I used it over a period of 2 weeks and it was still good. The N2O provides no flavor changes to the cream, and the whipped stiffness is sufficient to pile it up a bit on top of your drink. And it is definitely richer than the cans one finds in grocery stores.

These chargers seem to generally work as expected with a 250 ml ISI cream whipper, but the first one I used left some liquid cream in the whipper, after the pressure was gone. The cream had been in the whipper for a few days, but it’s still unusual to have liquid cream left.I haven’t had any issues with subsequent chargers, so the first one may have been bad, or there may have been some other issue. Still, that was only with 250 ml of cream, and these are supposed to whip up to 500 ml. If the chargers work as expected, then they offer good value for money, but for those of us using high-quality cream, insufficient pressure and leftover cream can easily negate any savings.On the whole, these chargers seem okay, at least for 250 ml of cream. If I run into any further issues with leftover cream after the pressure is gone, I’ll update the review and take off additional stars.

Popped right into my whipped cream maker, perfect fit and voila, instant whipped cream in any flavor you can imagine! Definitely WORTH getting the big box of 50 at a time especially if your maker is like mine and has a limit to how much cream you can add, so it doesn’t make a TON in one canister, so if you’re making a couple of canisters, you’ll need more nitrous.

This item did not work for me. I installed it in a brand-new whipped cream dispenser that uses a standard charger. When inserted in the capsule holder, it was not long enough to fit the unit attachment.
