This chip came in three days of the day the order was placed. It installed in less than 5 minutes and was confirmed by report that the total RAM was at 576MB as expected. Good product and good service with a fair price.

I received this chip within five days of placing my order. I contacted the seller (1 Arch Computer) and they confirmed that this chip would be compatable with my new Brother MFC-9325CW. And the seller's representative advised that the chip would be from one of the major manufacturers, like Samsung, Kingston, Elpida, Micron, etc. This is very reassuring; as I thought I would be getting a substandard chip since the price ($28.95) is half of the list price at other Internet vendors; some of the vendors list the price for a comparable chip at over $70!Installing the chip is actually very easy. I've never installed a chip on any electronic device so I was nervous and took me several attempts to get the chip to snap in. It's really like assembling a Lego set, except easier.I printed the User Settings List to confirm the RAM is now 576MB. And it is. I'm still treating my new printer like a brand new car/toy. I'll get a better sense when I have to print or fax large documents. For now, I'm very happy.And very comfortable with this seller, especially because Amazon stands behind its sellers.

I'm happy with the product which upon visual inspection appeared to be of excellent quality, and this was confirmed after installing it in my Brother MFC-9320CW all-in-one printer as per user's manual instructions. This printer's default memory is 64MB which was not enough for some printing tasks in higher resolution; after installing the 512MB memory I've accessed the device's web settings interface and also printed a user settings report and both confirmed the total memory to be now 576MB. In addition, the machine was able to print higher resolution pages which previously were not printable to insufficient memory amount.
