Item appeared to be same as the OEM part. Would not latch as received? After viewing several YouTube videos, I learned that the latch had to be reset to the unlatched position. This worked for a short time and then repeated the problem…would not latch.

I bought this door latch kit to replace the broken one myself, but after installation, the latch still feels loose. The door isn’t firmly closed and sometimes makes a slight cracking noise while the dishwasher is running. Considering this is a key part, I expected better quality and workmanship. Customer service was slow to respond and didn’t offer a solution, which was disappointing. I’d advise others to think twice—it may not be a perfect replacement for the original part.

I installed this door latch kit not long ago, and the latch started to loosen quickly. The quality feels very poor and it’s definitely not worth the price. Think twice before buying.

It broke shortly after purchase. Totally not durable and a waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend buying it.
