Portafilter looks and works great. Fits perfectly into my Breville Bambino. Seems very well made and durable. Handle seems to be made of combination of wood and epoxy which i think might handle water exposure better than ones made with only wood.

The Suvykep 54mm Bottomless Portafilter does exactly what it’s supposed to do—it locks in securely, works well with both the included basket and my Breville Touch Impress double basket, and produces consistent, even extractions nearly every time. On the functional side, it’s a solid purchase.However, there are two drawbacks, one cosmetic and one functional. Cosmetically, the handle just doesn’t look as nice in person as it does in photos. Even in pictures I’ve taken myself, it looks more refined than it actually does to the naked eye. The blue acrylic and wood mix comes off as somewhat random—like chunks of scrap wood and blue resin were tossed into a mold—and the wood pieces themselves are very plain.The functional issue is that the handle’s threading tends to loosen easily and spins in your hand while using it. I fixed this with a dab of Loctite, and now it stays put, but it’s something to be aware of.Overall, if you just want something different from the usual black portafilters, this is a decent option. The design quirks don’t bother me enough to return it, and performance-wise, it works as expected. Just be ready to tweak the handle if needed!

I absolutely love my new bottomless portafilter! Initially, I was a bit hesitant to buy it after reading a review mentioning that the Breville funnel didn’t fit due to thick ears, but I’m happy to say I had no issues at all. The funnel attaches and detaches effortlessly and I’m thrilled with the performance and quality!

I was considering many different bottomless portafilters, undecided until I saw the striking look of this blue handle. I was initially unsure I would like the handle shape, but I find I prefer it actually.Small thing that's easy to fix: it is a bit loose, so I would recommend using something to lock the threading. I tightened it by hand and it so far hasn't been an issue though.It did include a basket, which I didn't believe was detailed in the product listing. I haven't used the basket however, and it is generic and unmarked.

Ears are slightly thicker than the Breville stock portafilter. This still fits into my Barista Pro just fine but if you try to use the Breville stock funnel with this thing you'll be in for a hell of a time (took me about 30 minutes to get the funnel off once I got it on).If it wasn't for the beautiful handle design I'd probably be returning. Just note that you'll probably want to get a new funnel with this as well.

Great quality metal and handle. Basket is good I've been using 18 grams and works awesome. Fits the Bambino perfect.
