These are great little modules for prototyping high current PWM applications on the bench. Often times I need to test a pneumatic solenoid on the bench and always have to break out the breadboard and make my own PWM driver circuit, which gets a little annoying after a while. This makes quick work of the prototyping process by having breakout pins for the control board interface and screw terminals for the high current interface.Keep in mind this module, while it can be driven directly by an Arduino or SBC, the low driving voltage will extend the time between on/off states. You may want to consider adding a FET driver between this board and your Arduino / SBC for proper operation.

Given the mosfet cost alone (of purchased separately), these little driver modules offer excellent value.I was able to squeeze a TO-220 heatsink (without a thermal pad) in between the fet and output terminal, but it was fairly tight. A smaller heatsink should have no issue.I will not be using these with an arduino - while the mosfet will trigger around 5v, it is better suited with 10v for optimal operation. Will update with project use.
