I would give it a 5 star but the handle on glass door is sharp metal which I have already cut my hand on. Also I. Had to drill the top door hinge to allow it to slip inn also the base meat fold out tray keeps popping out of slot holes. It does pop corn very well.

This unit seem to be well made. Definitely a conversation piece and makes the house smell wonderful when making popcorn. Right now I rare this as a definite thumbs up and recommend. If any changes will add a follow up.

We wanted our popcorn to taste like the kind we get at a couple of our favorite bars. I followed the instructions and it was ok but not buttery or salty enough. We bought a gallon of butter, some coconut oil and some white popcorn from King Soopers. We turn on the popcorn maker, let it heat up a little, put a little more butter and coconut oil than the instructions say, wait until we see smoke, place 4-5 kernels in the cooker and wait for them to pop. Then we put a cup of popcorn in and it cooks perfectly and it’s delicious! Would recommend this popcorn maker!!

This popcorn machine is great for neighborhood gatherings, with or without children. Well built, easy to use and does pop great popcorn. A purchase that you will not regret.
