On the bench today, I’ve got a HCOVTXR 63 Amp Solar Panel Disconnect Switch,1000V DC Miniature Circuit Breaker with IP65 RV Breaker Box for Solar.Seems right along in line of quality of any of the other cheap little breaker/box disconnect under numerous different names.Unfortunately, I don’t have any reliable way to thoroughly test whether the breaker does trip precisely when it is supposed to so I can’t comment on how good or safe it is in that respect. I will just be using this as a solar disconnect in a place that if it fails spectacularly, it won’t really hurt anything else. Hopefully that doesn’t happen either way.

Used to connect solar panels indoors. Ran cables through floor, mounted this on wall. I'm doing input from bottom, output from top. Coming out the top I have a set of 8awg MC4's and a 10awg SAE. On the charge controller I have a matching SAE dongle with fuse for quick disconnects if needed.Quality is fine. Easy to mount. All hardware included, and even included instructions for anyone who it's not obvious to how to install.
