These hammered glass shades that were replacement globes on an existing light I had work beautifully. They are well made, and they were very easy to install, as it was just swapping the globe itself out. The hammered glass leaves a beautiful design of light on the wall when it is dark, and during the day, the globe looks like a very soft baby blue that looks like hand blown glass. I love these and would recommend them to anyone!

I chose this glass light shade for its blue color. And the hammered surface makes the reflections look like the light was in water. When the light is turned on, the blue glass looks like a gemstone. Its size is relatively small, so using 2 or 3 fixtures will show the effects even better.
