Seems well enough so far. Very heavy duty. The shaft is quite a bit noisier than my own shafts but that's to be expected for all metal gears. I appreciate that it gave multiple sizes in pinion gears with it as well so that you know it'll mesh perfectly.After installing this I turned up the punch on my ESC since I figured the metal gears can take it, I've always been a little worried that my plastic ears are stripped out if I increase the punch over 60%

This is a great slipper clutch. It definitely was a nice addition and upgrade for my RC car. The price is fair. This was machine very well and good craftsmanship and everything fit perfectly. If you’re looking for a pretty nice upgrade, this is it you can’t go wrong with a new slipper clutch like this, and it comes with a little bit of different options based on how you would like to adjust your car I will definitely recommend to my RC car bud

Slipper clutch did not function correctly would not tighten. poorly made. driveshaft was not correct size for carrier bearing. definitely not worth the moneyVery unhappy

This slipper gear and drive shaft are extremely well made. The drive shaft is made from 6061 T6 Aluminum. Not only is it strong, but they look great too. The shaft is painted a beautiful blue that will stand out nicely.I haven't put the slipper gear in yet, but it's fit and finish are top notch. The gear teeth are sharply cut and with exact precision. The set also comes with four different pinion gears that are also top notch and perfectly made.If you are searching for this combination of ARRMA parts, you can't go wrong with hopsupRC or with this set in particular.
