Absolutely love this display cabinet. Exactly what I needed to display my growing collection. it is great quality, easy to put together, and sturdy. It takes me 2 hours to assemble it. Instruction manual is very clear and simple. If you lightly push down on the acrylic windows while removing the covering, it makes it much simpler and leaves no plastic residue behind. The lighting controls and color choices are awesome. The LED strips are built into the shelves. For the money, I don't believe you'll find a better display cabinet.Precautions is don’t use power tools to assemble it. You may break the wood.

The installation instructions are very detailed, each part is clearly labeled, making the setup process super easy. The light has three different colors, and I love how it allows me to showcase my items through the glass beautifully. What's even better is the smart feature that automatically turns the light on when someone approaches, and turns it off when they walk away – so convenient and high-tech! I absolutely love it and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart display cabinet!

I've bought a lot of furniture over the years that required assembly, this particular piece is demanding of your time and patience. Count on 3 hours to complete.The assembly instructions are all diagrams (for the most part), which is fine in most cases, but not nearly detailed enough at times. Some trial and error regarding the orientation of pieces and installation technique is to be expected.Each piece has a sticker with the part number and even a small diagram showing you where it will end up on the cabinet. This is a nice feature, but I found myself spending additional time scraping off sticker residue left behind from the adhesive on many of the pieces. This became frustrating.Peeling the plastic from each side of the acrylic windows is terrible. Am going to have to spend additional time down the road to scrape the plastic out of the wedges where the window and plastic meet. Thankfully, the front windows did not have the plastic and look fine.Once assembled it looks nice, but not perfect. The upper doors are slightly misaligned and there is no explanation on how to adjust for this. The hinges are fixed and don't allow for adjustment.The cabinet color (black for me) is accurate and the lighting is a nice touch. Shelves allow for about 12" of height with the exception of the top arch (center of the arch allows for another inch).I have a huge concern regarding the strength of these shelves as a slight push with my hand in the center causes the two middle shelves to bow. This is by far my biggest disappointment. Had I known this, I would not have purchased. I was going to display bourbon bottles here but placing one bottle in the middle of the shelf causes it to bow in the center. I will have to find a way to offer additional support in the middle of each shelf to try to prevent this. Again, huge disappointment. However, there is no way I'm disassembling this cabinet in an attempt for return, so I'm going to have to get creative in an attempt to improve shelf integrity.When I consider the time and patience involved with this display cabinet, I would not buy it again. I ordered this based on star ranking. Going back and reading the reviews left me scratching my head as they all seem VERY similar in nature. I did not have the same experience as the previous reviewers.If you don't mind a 3-hour assembly project, have some patience, and arent intending to display anything over a few pounds, you may (or may not) be happy with the end result. I think it's only fair to set the proper expectations.
