The welding around the brackets were not even complete. One would think in all places it could be legitimately solid and professional. It looks like someone just got lazy and did some chicken scratch. It had rust in slot of places. Came scratched and scuffed. I wouldn’t recommend these. Also, the wire from the welding about 6 inches was still attached to the bar and I had to take wire snips to get majority off. Looks bad.
