This didn't work for my purpose as the person who built my bathroom wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the pack. Since that is not the products failure. It would work in most settings if it is allowed to sit with something on it for a while to take the curl out of it as it comes curled up.

The ZUERST Shower Threshold Water Dam, was used in a shower where years ago someone had sawed off the front of the threshold to accommodate a person using a wheelchair. This meant that everytime it was used, they were left with a huge puddle of water on the floor which ended up ruining it over time.This water dam quickly solved that problem. Its very pliable, and was easy to measure and cut to the desired size. I like the fact that it's tall enough to contain the spray that hits the shower floor. It can also be of use with someone who has mobility issues as the last one did with that rigid threshold. In short, this product works where the other one didn't. The ZUERST Shower Threshold Water Dam now leaves me with a dry floor and much-needed peace of mind. Highly recommended.

I took out the sliding acreen door in my sons bathroom which also meant removing the railing on the bottom and on the sides. This splash guard i put along the wall and the floor where the old sliding door rail use to be and it looks great. It doesnot look so empty and it is functional since it helps prevent splashes. Great value and seems to be very durable. Make sure you clean the surface first for better wall adhesion

I have one of those low-threshold showers in my child's bathroom. They don't always close the shower curtain just right and water sprays or drips onto the floor, making a mess. This water dam adds a couple inches to the ledge and does a much better job of keeping the curtain in place. It also keeps the spray that hits the shower floor from splashing up and over the original threshold. I'd prefer to install a sliding or pivoting shower door to do the same, but the cheapest one I could find was several hundred dollars. This product will work in the interim.

I use to have one that’s 1.5”, it will leak out a bit, since I place my shower curtain high, this tall one working great. It even comes with caulking to seal the side. Very wonderful
