I tried using them to reduce down from my shop-vac to my smaller woodworking tools but none would work. Not the product or sellers fault just the wrong sizes. Product looks very well built and I like the rubber flexibility of these reducers and adapters.

Could’ve been a little better. The various sizes are nice and the nozzles are a soft rubber. However, I was using one nozzle with my track saw and the rubber tip kept coming loose from the plastic core connector. The ABS/PVC connector for portable jobsite table saws fits the saw but none of the connectors or the quick change coupling.Also, just an FYI, I tried using these on 2 different hose sizes. It is apparently a proprietary size hose.Useable but not great.

These adapters are of decent quality and hold up well during use. They work just fine with the vacuum cleaner, but I ran into a bit of a snag—my shop vac hose didn’t fit directly, so I ended up needing an adapter for the adapter.If you have a standard setup, this might work out of the box. Otherwise, be prepared to tinker a bit to get the right fit. Still, once connected properly, they do the job reliably.

Picked these up on a whim as they looked very similar to my bosch vac connectors and looked like they would come in handy if they did mate up. Bosch has a female universal one that fits in most of their other smaller dust port tools by connecting to the vac hose end.The bosch male connector built into the vac is better than this one as it has a gasket. (see 3rd pic). But it's mates perfectly with these female adapters and I can always install this male connector on some other vacuum.Not sure yet what i'm going to install the female connectors/adapters from this kit on but it looked like it may be useful if they did fit which they do as seen in the first picture. In the second picture you'll see how similar the red bosch universal fitting one is to the one in this kit. The universal fitting fits into ports of non locking tools.Highly recommend these are convert your smaller portable vac, it's so nice to not have hoses come looks and have things lock. I move my small vac all the time between track saw, small miter, sander, and others.

I’m a little torn with this set. On one hand, it does what it says, but on the other hand, I had to search through hoses and use a second adapter to connect a smaller hose to my shop vac hose to even be able to use this adapter. On one hand, the plastic feels kind of cheap, and on the other hand once I was able to connect it to my vacuum, I easily found an adapter that securely locks on several of my tools, including Festool.I just don’t understand why they did not include a connector to a standard 2 1/2 inch shop vacuum. I just happen to have a 10 year, old, random hoes, lying around that happened to thread into their connector. Otherwise, this set would have been almost completely useless for me.Now granted, I went back and looked at it, and I do see that they don’t list a 2 1/2 inch connection. Given vacuum and blast standardized sizes, this seems rather foolhardy.We’ll have to see how how it holds up

...about universal sizing. Seems like every manufacturer wants to make their own, nobody-else-uses-this-size connectors. So it turns out you can never have too many shop vac adapters. Ordered these to add to the collection and immediately ran into a need for one that I didn't already have. yay me!Was glad to see they're not 3D-printed garbage some sellers are selling. Those turn out to be too brittle and poorly printed (you know the kind, with their concentric circles indicative of each layer being laid down).Happy to have this "variety pack" of adapters.

If the orange were blue I wouldn't be able to tell these form the name brand kit I have. Initially I was turned off by the fact it was orange, but having a second color has actually been nice because I can tell them apart.

We got a smaller shop vacuum for our sanders because it was a hassle connecting to our bigger vacuum because of the thicker hose. The smaller diameter is perfect. We've only used 2 so far and the adapters worked great with our sanders, and they release easily. The plastic is decently formed and the parts we used provided a reliable connection. Optional wider hose adapters would put this set over the top.
