So far it meet my specifications and very good product/but the only thing is that is NOT aluminum materialAnd whole for the spindle is not smooth but still work well

This is pot metal holes were not even cleaned out or threaded. Returned would not recommend or buy again.

This fits the spindle and is the part we needed. Saves time for us because we did not have to make one of these first.

Giving this 4 stars.This is a cast aluminum product. It is not meant to be dimensionally accurate nor does it come that way. Expect it to be out of tolerance/square by +/- 1mm. If you need something more accurate, this is not the product for you or at the very least you will need to do some machining to it.Personally, i took some sandpaper, some plywood and some spray adhesive and made a sanding board and ran the top and bottom and back up and down the board to flatten things out a bit. Good enough to mount on the aluminum plate on the Z-Axis.You will also want to sand down the inside of the 80mm diameter mounting surface and there are quite a few burrs along the edges and the slot.You will need to drill mounting holes on the flanges as they do not come pre-drilled. Certainly did not expect they would be as it's not depicted in the images.It's certainly dirty when you get it and will turn your hands grey/black from handling it. Washed it off with some water and soap to clean it up and bit and its quite a bit better now. It probably could have been cleaned up post casting, but then again that would add to the price.Top and bottom holes are drilled through and then tapped into the casting below the slot, middle hole is only drilled and tapped through the top portion.Product is exactly as expected.

my hands turn black every time i handle it, the 80mm mount needed shims and is super hard to tighten suggest coating this with clearcoat or some protectant
