My toilet was rocking and after disassembly found that the pvc flange was cracked. The old flange was cemented to the 3 inch drain pipe and I initially thought I wouldn't be able to do the replacement myself. Had a plumber quote the job and the price was astronomical. So, went looking for an alternate way and discovered the Push-Tite Flange. Received it relatively quickly and went about the install. Being able to push the new flange into the drain pipe for a tight seal was very nice, avoiding cutting the drain pipe and re-cementing everything. The only issue was that the holes for the flange screws on the new flange didn't match exactly with the old flange. Had to buy a drill bit for making new holes through my porcelain tile - not a big deal or expense. After that the install was straightforward. Would definitely go this route again if I have to replace another broken flange. The perfect way to make the job as easy as can be.
