Item as described and in new condition.Used these on two square tube counter stool chair legs that needed about 1”+ height. knock them in the legs w/o the adjustable bolt first, then screw in the bolt/feet. Adjust the bolt height and level them to your liking. When your ok with how they fit, suggest you turn each chair over and put a single drop of super glue on each bolt where it enters the nut to lock them in place w/o moving the bolt. Normally, locktite would be the medium for that purpose, but most people have access to super glue so use that instead.
