Works well and seems to be good quality. I've been able to get full 10Gbs over the from panel USB-C port so far, but I haven't tested it for 20Gbs using USB 3.2 Gen2 2x2. It helped me for the reason I got it, which was to redirect the USB-C front panel cable so I could cable manage inside the case easier and better.
