I inherited some loose pearls and didn't want another cage. One pearl already has a hole drilled so I wanted a ring setting. This was very pretty and I was able to mount the pearl to the setting with no issues. I am concerned about this lasting long term. It is very light so it may bend easily and the edges of the bypass stick out quite a bit so I can see myself snagging the ring on clothing. I will enjoy it for now and cross my fingers that it holds up long term but at this price point, I wouldn't be shocked if it gets bent in the next few years.
