Be certain to check their return policy. They make you pay for the return shipping. This is a large box and heavy and the return cost is more than worth the effort to return it. BEWARE of companies that do this. I am a victim of my own advise since I didn't read the fine print on this. I, like others, just assumed that from Amazon they return items for free. I want to be clear that I am not saying that the product itself is bad. Just make sure you really want it if you buy from this company. Probably can get from other companies that will return for free.

Motor is really loud and sounds like it is not secure inside, like it wants to fly off. One stapler jammed after two uses and now it will NOT staple neatly, with one side not going all the way through then bending. It bends on top of the booklet. We purchased this thinking it would streamline the booklet making process but I spend too much time removing jammed staples and restapling. Not worth the time and money. Not impressed at all. You get what you pay for.
