These are fake gem stones. These have been poorly treated with some sort of substance that could be dangerous if inhaled while working with the product. I was able to remove some of it with simply a paper towel and alcohol. Seems this is a slab of some sort of white stone (maybe marble) that has been stained with a blue dye of some sort.

The product i received is nothing like the image in the add, The image shows a brighter and thicker piece of turquoise. The pieces I received are very thin and dull. Personally I will never order again from this site and I would recommend against anyone else ordering something from this site/company

Thought I would give it a shot, will not buy again. This looks to be manufactured or something. For sure dyed, the ad did not specifically say it was dyed just that is could easily be dyed. Buyer beware.

When I got this I was sooooo sad. It looks like plastalina or play dough hardened. The black color pops are some kind of glue.
