I bought this hoping to give it to my wife for mother's day and it came with no instructions and the coil was completely broken! I tried calling the warranty card number and it says it doesn't exist. Then I tried going to the website on the warranty card and it says it doesn't exist! Therefore, I sent it back because there's nothing you can do to fix it!

I was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in my hips. This is a cute little machine and it was very affordable. My wife even let me keep it in the living room! lol I would like an adjustable spring tension though. Looking forward to making good use of the machine to strengthen my legs.

I Wanted something similar to the DBmethod workout machine, but didn't want to spend $280! This was a LOT more inexpensive so had my doubts, but OMGoodness, I could work out on this all day! It's not difficult and kinda fun while watching TV, then the burn sets in afterwards... and that's how I knew it was really working! Came with an amazingly thick nice mat and stretch bands for your legs and arms. I worked my arms last night while squatting, and yes I am sore today! I thought it was too easy to actually make a difference. Very very impressed!! One Third the price of DB! Heck yeah!!!!!

Had knee surgery and didn't come out good. Been using this for about a month and is really helping to strengthen leg muscles without causing pain to the rest of my body. Supports me balance wise while using it. Also small and compact not taking up much room when left up. One of the best pieces of equipment I have bought to date.

I looked a quite a few different types of machines and not only was this less expensive than the others, but it appeared to be easier on the back. As I've gotten on in age, it has gotten more difficult for me to get up and down and I worried about it. This is a good way to start building lower body strength. I really like it. That said, I can see outgrowing this and doing more leg presses at the gym as I progress. Good find though.

Very easy to assemble but not enough tension in the spring. Company needs to upgrade the spring and sell it as an accessory item
