I just tried my toner for the first time.Instruction manual is very weak - on product description, it shows the - button for turn on/off (It's actually the + button). Instruction manual does NOT explain what the 8 different modes are. The instruction manual also doesn't tell you that the toner will "flash" while it is running through it's cycle. The general configuration page in the instruction manual provides no added value. I had to take the unit off of my stomach before I could "kill it" - apparently the kill switch does not work when it's still attached. Have no idea what the output hole is for (no description in the manual).So after all this, I WILL say it packs a punch! Level 8 is as high as I could go and I'm in good shape with a fairly toned stomach. I guess the jury is still out on what I think about this unit in the long run but I'll stick with it for now. Would certainly like to have a description of the modes, though.

I purchased this item got it worked fine 3xs the first week. Then chatged them up and both the remote clickers for the arms to attach and turn off & off don't work anymore. So now I only have 1 remote clicker to manuveuer and use for 3 EMS devices. Both arms and stomach attachments. Also the stocks don't really stick to well took me a while to figure out whether blue part or clear part of the sticky goes on your skin so definitely won't be doing this anymore once the last clicker goes out I'm throwing it all away to trash!!!

One of the armbands does not work, otherwise, it's great. I felt pain in my abs at work the day after using it so I will see how it does over the first week.Wish there was a how to clean on instructions and informing the user they come with gel pads attached already.

Used it a few times, really great product for the value it is.LOVE that it is rechargeable and comes with extra gel pads!The actual vibration/stimulate mechanism is ridiculous strong for how small it is. Completely amazed. The settings super weird and you just have to get use to it.even if you have muscle pain/knots in your back, great to use!GREAT PRODUCT!10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Product is nice. I like the different settings and different functions. It does not adhere very well and needs much better instructions. Basically there are no instructions

This thing is ready to use out of the box and after a quick charge. It’s powerful and effective. I’ve only been using it a few days but my abs are SO SORE from the effects…. So it has to be doing something!!
