Pulley is good quality and says made in Canada.Packaging is awful. First one arrived with deep dents and scratches. Second, replacement pulley, arrived also with the box loose but luckily no damage.

This appears to be a very high quality pulley. Working well so far on my 2003 VW Eurovan which previously had a plastic pulley......now has this steel pulley. Hoping that the bearing is a durable one.
