I bought these to hold the cords for a few blinds. Worked OK, but at least one problem.=== The Good Stuff ===* They work like a cleat is supposed to work.* The product is reasonably well finished- no burrs or sharp edges.* They are just the right size- big enough to coil a blind cord easily, but not so large as to overpower the trim or window.=== The Not-So-Good Stuff ===* I purchased "satin-nickel". What I got was a very shiny chrome finish. It ain't the end of the world, but not what I was expecting.=== Summary ===Work well enough as cleats, but the finish was not what I was expecting.

These work better than most other window cleats I have tried because they have enough space for the cord to wrap around. They are attractive looking too.

This item was a better quality than I expected. The polished nickel finish looked high-end. I mounted these cleats in order to secure the cords for my roman shade blinds.

I’m quite impressed with these cleats. They seem really solid, like you could use them on a small boat. They work great for long blind cords. Despite their size and strength, they don’t look out of place and they clean up the appearance of your windows.
