Fit in without any issues , the only problem was that the outer section of the product that bulge's out where the charger is located is too big it won’t let me charge my headset since the cable of the strap isn’t long enough I can’t charge my headset using the quest 2 battery strap so, I had to get an extension cable adaptor to be able to use my battery strap so it could connect to the quest 3. The material is good and seems durable and at least it connected the strap together well.

It works fine. You do have to stretch your head strap a little bit, and it does rub against my temples for some reason.
