They are not as hefty as I thought they would be. The plastic while thin, is fairly strong. The plastic reminds me of the shim material I used in tilt panel concrete construction.These are easily adjusted to level. I am using these to support the floor in a small shed, which they are perfect for. I could see using them for a small temporary stage for a band or other lightweight deck.They work best on a Very flat, prepared surface.Good.

We will be adding a small 6 x 12 deck off our back door. We don't need a very large deck so these deck supports will be perfect for building a small deck. This particular door is not used much, but we need a small landing place. These adjustable deck supports will be perfect. As soon as the weather breaks, we will definitely be using them. We will update our review at that time.

When I received this support frame, my first impression was that it was very lightweight. However, when I used it to support objects, it turned out to be exceptionally sturdy! It can even hold my weight! Its design is incredibly convenient, allowing me to adjust the height to meet different needs. I can also easily carry it to the yard or outdoors. It’s truly a great product!I am very satisfied with its recyclable features. It meets my needs in various scenarios. I like these as a quick easy base for a low deck type of structure. They will work great for such. My concern is that where I live we have winter that freezes the ground. As a result it can heave unevenly and it doesn't always settle back the same as it was the before it heaved. As a result I fear any structure resting upon these will distort eventually. A bed of sand might help stabilize the ground somewhat and help keep smaller simpler structures stable.Other than that "application" concern, these are solid and durable bases. Just be sure to not tighten screws too tight to point of splitting the mounting holes.

These adjustable deck pedestals have been wonderful and easy to use on my latest project. Their versatility is amazing. They can adjust from 1-3/16" to 2-3/8" in height, which makes them perfect for getting just the right height when leveling a platform or floor. These are 4 adjustable bases for post supports on a deck or subfloor. They are made of hard plastic, which does break if stressed to hard, but work well for weight transfer. They adjust by spinning the bottom which is threaded and will adjust up or down. You can set these on the ground or on top of pier pads making them very stable. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.
