You have to weight or clamp it down as it skids around on the worktable. Even then, the construction is flimsy and the circuit board falls out or rotates away under the slightest pressure when soldering or pushing in a resistor etc. We (partly) hacked it by adding a rubber band around the blue posts and a G-clamp for the base. Otherwise I would rate it as a 0 stars, if that was allowed. Seeing as this unit is an absolute fail at it's sole task, I'm surprised that it has any other rating level.

This thing will get you by in a pinch but you better hope you don't put much pressure on it. Waste of money in my opinion.

Good for the price but not perfect.PROS: Metal base.Cons hands and molars plastic.They will loosen over time.g off over time.
