This hitch is over the top quality and craftsmanship for the extremely low price tag. The packaging is great and no worries of any damage in shipping as packed in cut out foam. The hitch components are solid one piece parts that are machined out of a solid piece of aluminum so no welding or issues with strength or weak point in this hitch. The fully adjustable from ball size to drop or rise dimension is an awesome easy feature to use and adjust with simply removing a few pins. The locking pins are a nice as no worries of theft as this an eye catching hitch. There is a little play in receiver when installed but no concern or any more than other hitches I have had. Highly Recommend

This hitch is fantastic. Not only is it built incredibly well but it looks stunning. I have a huge 4x4 rig - a 10" lifted 2004 Ford Excursion with 40" tires on it - and normal hitches just don't cut it. I always need a drop hitch and the last one I had was a standard, metal-fabbed version (which worked but just clumsily and sloppily). This one though operates smoothly and once set into position (which for me is the lowest possible setting), it holds in place confidently. The locking pins are a nice touch, especially since a hitch like this is likely to be stolen if left in, if it weren't for the locks. I haven't used this hitch on the large ball side yet with my car hauler but I have used it many times already on the 2" ball size with my utility trailer, which I often load with about 2T of material, whether bituminous coal, 3/4" minus gravel, garden soil, etc. No problems or signs of wear thus far. Highly recommended.

This adjustable tow hitch seems to be very well made. Each section is machined from a single block of aluminum so there are no welds or seams to worry about.It comes with two locking pins, two keys, a single non-locking pin with tension clip, multiple anti vibration pads, and O rings to put on the pins so they don't rattle.It's very easy to raise and lower it as well as to switch between the two ball sizes. (Once you undo the pin with the tension clip you can spin/flip the ball section to swap between them without disassembling the entire unit.)Each ball is also clearly labeled.The locking pins are fairly simple to operate and each one is size specific for the section where it goes, so there's no way to mix them up. It's also nice that each locking pin has a silicon cover to keep dirt and debris from fouling up the lock.The hitch can be installed in the up or down position which allows you to tow a wide variety of items and keep everything level.This is overall a very functional and good looking piece of equipment at a very fair price. It's also really nice to know that no one is going to steal my hitch, because apparently that's a thing. And yes, it's a thing I didn't think about until I was standing there looking at where my hitch used to be.

Hitch arrived well packaged and damage free, which is as good thing considering this has some weight to it. This comes complete with keyed alike hitch pins and rubber anti rattle spacers. The overall quality of the hitch is impressive except for the ball portion of it. I am very confused why the manufacturer decided on a rotating ball design that is secured in place with a pin. This could be easily eliminated considering this really adds nothing to the hitch design and really seems like a weak point in the hitch. The way this is designed you could just as easily flip that entire bracket over to change the hitch ball size eliminating a hitch pin and in my opinion making the hitch stronger. Because of this design feature I would not purchase again or recommend. There are better options at the current price point of just under $170 in my opinion.

Heavy duty. Seams like great quality for the value. Ball has a little bit of play but seems to pull quite.
