This is made of a fairly sturdy metal type of material. It is sturdy but, not overly heavy weight wise. It mounts quickly with the included hardware. It has a slight give of about 1/4 inch on the support bars. If needed you have a small amount of play for mounting. It has decent back support but I wouldn’t say it is comfortable. It looks great and took about 20 minutes to mount in place. Overall, it is a nice piece and it adds a lot of character to a bike.

I was surprised at how nice this sissy bar is! The pad is well done and is comfortable. It goes together easily and easy to get on and off the bike with the quick release system. The metal works feels sturdy and it looks good when installed. If you need an alternative to a tour pack for in town riding, this is a great option.
