I ordered this volleyball net set for my granddaughter, who is a 13-year-old volleyball enthusiast. She has a killer serve, and loves this net to practice serving, spiking and setting in the backyard. The net is easy to set up with two people, is adjustable, and can be left outside when staked properly. Our granddaughter is taller than all of her teammates even on the high school team, so she uses the highest setting. The target boxes are excellent for practicing aim. The ball returns easily to the user in the shoot net. The net and frame materials are high quality and should last a long time. This trainer can also be used indoors, although we did not order it with that intention. I highly recommend this volleyball training net.

The Happy Jump Adjustable Volleyball Training Net is a solid setup overall, The framework and nets are made from high quality materials. The only issue I had when setting up the net was that the 11-foot side supports were a bit of a hassle to stay connected together. The three piece design just slides into each other and easily slides out if not careful. That said, once everything is assembled, the structure is extremely sturdy and even held up well against some gusty backyard winds. I liked that it came with two separate carrying bags, one for the ball capture net and one for the practice net.This makes transport and storage a lot easier. Also worth noting is that one person can handle the entire assembly without any help, which was a big plus. As mentioned, I use this net outside on grass, but the framework is designed with suction cups to help it stay in place indoors on a smooth surface.

I live on a lake and get impromptu visitors. I try and keep things to occupy the younger visitors, especially if too chilly for playing in the water. Many kids in our church play volleyball, so I thought this might work when there were not enough kids to use my volleyball net. Practice for when they can play, and activity to tire them out for their parents. Seems to be of very good quality. I want to see if it needs stabilized in any way, which wouldn't be any large thing. Just wondered. WIll be hauling it out later this month. But, in tearing it out of it box, happy with it.

For what it is, I'm completely satisfied with it. Thought it would be immensely difficult to erect considering how heavy it was in the box, but the framing turned out to be just enough to take the velocity of a volleyball. If I were to hurl something much heavier like a basketball at the same speeds, the frame would probably slide back on a hard surface, or at the very least strain the fiberglass poles. Fortunately, it has much better grip on grass because it lacks any sort of rubberized feet or base. Although it did take both the gf and I to get it up because assembly was....a journey let's say. But once you get the base and backboard cage up, the front net is a piece of cake thanks to the pin-and-hole design.Best thing is that the backboard netting is much more supple than I was expecting, so the ball doesn't rebound back over the front net like you might presume from the pics. The black corral doesn't sink down that far down though, so the ball can sometimes take up to 8 seconds to get back to you, but it eventually gets there and the hole is easily wide enough for a standard sized professional volleyball. Only had the ball slip between the front cage and the front net once in a good 30 minutes of practice, but that was on a massive spike and it really only dropped straight down so there was no danger of getting a ball in the face. So in terms of safety, I think it's pretty good. Of course, the ball will certainly rebound if you spike it into the front net with speed, but I still think the material does a good job at absorbing the energy so it's no more hazardous than a standard volleyball net.Height is also very good. Pretty sure the highest point of the front net is equal to that of a standard net, but the lower settings are so much better for the kids. In fact, although the fiberglass poles are technically designed to be used exclusively inside the metallic base tubes, you can still pop them out, hammer each side into the grass and fashion your own guy wires out of rope if you want. The net won't be that high, wide or very stable, but for kids to have some fun in the yard, I think it's doable. lol Stretching it I know, but you gotta use what you have.As for stability in the wind, it's better than I thought. Only set it up in the backyard but we had a pretty good rain storm come through and it thankfully didn't blow over. The corral even did a good job at funneling the water down through the hole so I can attest to the durability, at least in the short term. Really like the portable pulley bag too because it's an indispensable asset with such a heavy base. As a 6' tall and relatively strong guy I can carry it alone in both arms; but for most people, it'd be hard work.Overall though, it's a very decent kit with a strong frame and durable netting that works better than I expected. You even get a volleyball in the set which is kinda nice, but the quality really isn't on par with one of my professional balls. No pump either. lol Like I said, for what it is, I'm satisfied with the build and performance. 4.5/5 stars.

The Happy Jump 8x11 FT Adjustable Volleyball Net setup easily in my backyard. Everything required for use was in the box, along with illustrated instructions that walked me through the installation process. I now have an 8'x11' target that we plan to use as both a volleyball and basketball backstop.The heavy-duty base easily unfolded from the box and keeps the net steady and upright. There are two short, yellow metal poles that insert into the base, and the two thinner fiberglass poles for the adjustable net insert into those. The pins keep the adjustable net in place when the desired height has been selected. The three larger poles for the backstop easily join together and fit into the supports on the metal base.Both the smaller net and larger net were easy to install. I put the net into position on one side, securing it with the white rope loop at the top of the net. Then I bent the other fiberglass pole on the opposite side of the base until I could reach and secure the second side of the net. We opted not to use the included target material for right now, so the final step involved securing the three long, velcro straps to the base.I love how secure this structure feels. Its base is wide enough that it does not feel like it is a tipping hazard. Right now we have it positioned so that it backs up to a low wall to prevent it from moving backwards and is "secured" at the top between some branches. We plan to use U-shaped stakes on the base to secure it to the ground for when we get wind and rain.I've already tested this structure with a women's basketball, and the net and fiberglass poles seem strong enough to hold up to the repeated impact of the ball. The ball was funneled down into the ball return shoot, and the shoot was wide enough that the basketball did not get stuck. Because the weight of the basketball is greater than that of a volleyball, it moves the shoot such that it does not direct the ball the way we want it to go. I'll see if I can secure the ball return to direct the ball forward without creating too much tension on the seams.I'm very happy to have ordered this item. Now my kids can play volleyball and basketball in the backyard without constantly sending the balls into the neighbor's yard.

I coach volleyball (and play too) and my kids all play as well and this equipment is great for working on hitting or serving. You could use it for passing as well but I think the main benefit is working on spiking approach and serving accuracy.The backstop is very well-made. It took a bit (and two people) to set up initially but every time you put it together it gets a little bit easier. It comes in a handy carrying bag but is extremely heavy and so although it's advertised to be portable, it's hard to lug it around for set-up. I would recommend setting it up in your backyard (or along the driveway) and use it there.It has a very solid construction with nice features like the ball return that keep you from chasing balls around while you're using it. It comes with a ball that's just ok (and no ball pump by the way) which is a nice touch but you'll likely prefer to use your own, favourite ball instead.Overall based on the solid construction and nice features I can definitely recommend this as a volleyball training tool. Just be ready for the very heavy box to arrive if you order it!

Les cordages des filets et les bandes de contour sont faits avec du matériel de très bonne qualité et semble très résistant.On peut ajuster la hauteur du filet entre 6.5 pieds, 7,2 pieds et 8 pieds de hauteur et une zone de réception du ballon de 11 pieds de haut. Grâce à son système de panier placé derrière le filet, les ballons vont finir dans un tube de descente qui va retourner le ballon à la personne qui s’entraîne, ce qui est vraiment très pratique et rapide pour pouvoir s’entraîner à faire plusieurs coups sans vraiment s’arrêter.On peut installer l’appareil autant dans le jardin, sur la plage, sur un terrain d’entraînement extérieur ou à l’intérieur. Le produit vient avec un sac de transport (avec 2 roulettes pour le faire rouler pendant qu’on tire sur la poignée), mais notez que le produit complet pèse quand même un certain poids, on parle d’environ 45 livres.Il est également livré avec un ballon de volley-ball et une pompe pour le gonfler. Une fois dans le sac, il faut prévoir environ une largeur de 51 pouces et 8 pouces de haut et large pour le ranger. This is a super nice volleyball practice net! I absolutely love volleyball and I have been wanting something like this for quite a while and I just so happened to come across this. It came very well packed and secured and everything was perfectly as described in the ad. There were no missing parts or pieces and everything was very heavy duty and well made. Nothing was damaged from delivery. Very impressed by how simple and straightforward it is to get this all set up and ready to go. It takes literally no time to do so and me and my husband are able to get this up and even take it back down pretty quick if we need to. This matches up perfectly with the ad even down to the measurements so it fit perfectly in the space we had for it! Could not be happier and definitely think this is a very high quality product very well made very sturdy and very durable! It's the perfect size and I really could not recommend it more! So much better than chasing the volleyballs all around the backyard! Solid 10 out of 10 great bang for your buck! Definitely functions as intended and it's super nice how portable it is as well

Other than that the material and the quality seems to be really great. It is so fun to use whether you are doing it aloneor with a partner. This is a great training tool as it has removable targets that you can put up to help increase your aim. This net also comes with a ball return so it always comes back towards you and not in the opposite direction, which is super handy. This volleyball training that has been super fun to use, and will definitely increase our volleyball skills at home.

I can’t imagine being on a volleyball team without owning one of these rebounders. This is what you need to really perfect spiking, blocking and volleying. Unless you are at a professional level, you are never going to get enough time practicing these skills with your coach and team mates. Even then, it’s nice to have one of these in your own back yard or garage.The ball return system on this one greatly diminishes the disruption of chasing your balls all over the place so you can better focus on really dialing in each specific skill. Other rebounders without the ball capture-and-return system necessitate chasing after the ball each time or running the risk of injury because you may step on it as you continue to train with other balls.I managed to find a very similar volleyball rebounder. Unlike the competitor, this Happy Jump is $50 cheaper, has a base that’s better designed for stability, and a carrying case that has wheels. Both rebounder nets weigh 20 kg so the wheels are especially nice to have.This rebounder net is adjustable for 3 different heights which makes it an excellent choice whether for a family or a training facility.Despite the 8 kg of metal in the base of this rebounder, you may still want to make it even more stable. If you are outdoors, I’d recommend extra long landscaping staples which would ideally you would coat with a rubberized coating such as Plasti Dip. Guy wires could be used as well but they represent a tripping hazard. If you are indoors, I’d recommend sand bags or drybags filled with water. Collapsible water storage containers for camping can typically contain 5 gallons of water and are dirt cheap year round at dollar stores.
