There are gaps between the seats and it looks very unsightly and uncomfortable. The product is slightly defective, it's a pity that I spent such a sum on a low-quality sofa(((( It will be very uncomfortable to sleep on(((((

Just purchased and set up today, first impressions:-Very difficult to assemble due to holes not lining up (per husband after 3 hours+ of set up)-pull out parts are hard to get out (might just because it’s new)-pull out portions do not line up so there’s a couple inches between unlike pictures indicate-extremely stiff-decent price for a couch we are planning to replace in two years

The hide a bed feature does not sit level with the couch when you pull it out.
