This piece of equipment has been a life saver! It saves on a bunch of rolls of bubbles taking up room. Easy to store and easy to use! We wish we would have bought this long ago!! Definitely recommend!!

I’d been debating whether to buy an air cushion machine for a while and finally decided to take the plunge. Until recently, I was using mostly paper packing materials, which surprisingly add quite a bit of extra weight to shipments. And more weight means higher shipping costs. This machine helps offset that by keeping packaging light while still providing decent protection.When I first received the unit, it was missing the tools, extra blades, and instructions. I was disappointed since I was excited to get started. I contacted the seller, and to their credit, they offered to send the missing accessories. Once everything arrived and I got it set up, I was happy to find that it worked as advertised.One downside: the machine doesn’t come with any air cushion bags, which is a bit of a letdown, especially since some other sellers include a starter roll. I had to buy a roll separately.Build quality is solid. The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed, with suction cup feet to keep it from sliding around during use. It has three dials to control air flow, speed, and temperature. You’ll need to tweak these depending on the bag size you're using, but once you’ve got it dialed in, it runs great. I use the standard 100x400mm bags, and it really cranks them out efficiently.Overall, this machine is a solid choice if you're looking to reduce shipping weight and save on costs. Worth the investment.
