The gun itself feels incredibly solid & well-built. I was super excited for this one to get here. But the broken part is plastic and just screwed onto the body which feels weird for such a solid tool in every other part. I have reached out to the seller to find out what the next steps are, but I can't use the product as is so will update this when/if something comes of the escalation. Hoping it resolves quickly and I can get to using one asap!Update we received a partial return for the broken part . That part aside the gun itself is fantastic both in power and quality .Update 2Gun is fantastic and lots of power great brand

First time user of this type of tool. I am very pleased with this 5200-A-T. I set it up, added a few drops of lubricating oil before providing my air hose, and got to work. I used suitable drift pins to get whackin' on rusted bolts in my 2000 Mustang, and this tool didn't let me down. I tried the usual suspects of a dead blow hammer, penetrating oil, heat, none budged those bolts. This Aircat punched them right through at 120psi (above rating of 90psi, admittedly), some taking ten seconds and others almost instantly. I don't know how I went 20 years of DIY mechanical work without this tool. The trigger felt smooth and easy to squeeze. I didn't notice any of-concern amounts of vibration in the handle. Everything was comfortable, and it was a breeze to use. Midway through my second day of use, the "valve kit" (part #14) came apart, so I had to disassemble the unit and rebuild that. The internal components were not damaged, just needed to be reassembled and I was back to hammering. I noted that the internal components were not plastic, as some others have claimed.

The plastic body is a total crap design. I absolutely love my aircat impact. So this thing arriving broken really was a disappointment

update: They have responded to my review very quickly and have shipped out a replacement. I'll be updating again as to the quality of the replacement. I'd say the customer service and satisfaction seems to be important to the company so that's a huge plus. I feel it's also fair to say I have the 3/8 stubby impact gun that has performed amazingly so my review of the air hammer should not reflect the general quality of their entire product lineHas never worked properly. I have taken it apart several times to try to fix it and it's all plastic just parts that flex and close the valve even when the trigger is depressed.

This thing is a beast! Has loads of power and is easy to handle compared to others really does have less vibration then most. I have this and the 5100 model they both have their place and working on semi trailers both are needed.

This hammer has lots of power and is not as loud as I expected. I like aircat tools and this one lives up to my expectations.
