Designed to be used with ALC 1in. OD blast hose. Simply insert ALC blast hose into the handle until it seats against the nozzle washer and attach handle with screws.

You can not adjust the tip close enough to touch the rubber block and shut it off and you have to deburr the inside just out get the hose installed which takes forever down in the handle

Looked tougher than the competitors, but not quality. Pivot is at angle putting tip off center, and tip was too far out causing poor seal. Added a second rubber washer under nozzle to space the nozzle forward. Added this and 3/16 nozzle to a harbor freight 110lb tank hoping to use black diamond media, but still too heavy and coarse for the setup.

My handle got wrecked bouncing around on my trailer. Amazon had the best price I found anywhere plus free Prime shipping. This is identical to what I had.

I got the product on time but upon further inspection I found that the rubber stopper didn't even come close to the top of the nozzle. I had to take the handle apart and redrill it so it would work. the dead man works fine now. I think Northern tool needs closer quality control instead of just putting it into a box and shipping it. I lost a hour and a half trying to fix it>
