Amazing product. The instructions I'd rate a 5/10, but if you're even slightly mechanically inclined it shouldn't take more than 45 minutes to figure out. It's a complex system! Also that's what youtube was made for. If you're new to distilling like me I'd highly recommend this 10 gal distillation kit. Did my first run of wine today and it went well.

First, the directions look like they were made in a kindergarten age child with pictures from an instant camera in a dungeon.Second, missing parts and damaged holes from machining process.Third, directions do not tell you how to put it together, at all, in addition to them not making any sense.Fourth, when calling Vevor for support, I was told "give me your email, I will email someone else, and they will get back to you about your issue".Fifth, boxed it back up and sending it back to Amazon for refund.Fun fact.....when googling Vevor stills, they pretty much all say the same thing in the videos..."When you finally get your still and open it up, and get past your frustration of the terrible directions, you will find yourself here...."
