I do like the color of the paint but if you’re trying to cover up dark wood or paint it’s not great.Even though it says you don’t need to use a primer, since I was painting over dark gray I did. I’m am now on layer 3 PLUS the primer coat and I can still see the gray through the white. I’ve already had to order more and I need to order more again now. What was supposed to be a quick/ affordable weekend project is anything but.I’ve painted cabinets before (from dark to light and light to dark) and this one just doesn’t have the coverage. Maybe it’s better when you’re using it over lighter colors but if you need this to cover up dark, use another brand.

This is the right kit for a lot of "small" jobs.Two stir sticks to get mixing done.There are two paint "containers" that eachhold enough paint to do 100 square feet.There is one nice polyester paint brush.You get a two inch roller and two foam pads.I'm uncertain as to what the paint is as faras latex vs. oil base. I don't know.But the kit has enough paint for 200 squarefeet and that is a nice transformation amount.The labeling suggests two coats, which looksright to me. (So 100 square feet, twice over.)This is excellent. Very pleased.

Got this for a quick kitchen touchup and it's been amazing. This kit is perfect. I used it to refinish a tv stand we have had for years. The coverage is good and the paint is pigmented. I probably used about four coats to go from a dark chocolate brown to a bright white finish. It dries super quick and builds well. I only used about a half of a quart, so there is plenty of product here too.

This is a nice little kit for painting cabinets. I haven't used it yet for that, but I have tested it on some spare pieces of wood to check color and application.The color is as described a bright white. So, if you are looking for something other than that, be warned. I was looking for that, so I am happy. The paint did seem to go on easily with little brush strokes showing after it dried, and I wasn't even being careful about that. So, I think once I put more effort into that the effect will be a smooth finish.I did take off a star because the rest of the kit itself isn't impressive. The paint brush seems like a mid to lower end brush and the foam rollers are ok but nothing to remarkable and they didn't throw in any kind of roller tray for the smaller rollers. For the price, they could have stepped those up a bit or lowered the price, but that is my opinion. I bought it for the paint anyway since I have my own painting tools and supplies.

It may seem a small container but this paint is so effective that it spread easily and even with two coats the amount used is minimal and I have a lot left. I never used paint that cost effective. The other thing is the way it gets smooth after laying it on. The results are a nice smooth surface like you used a sprayer instead of a brush.

I did lightly sand and prime my vanity piece even though the description said I didn’t need to. Paint went on super easy and did not streak. I also did two coats but one was probably enough. The coverage was excellent. Finish is very nice as I hoped it would be so that I don’t need to apply any other type of protective finish.Very nice kit including 2 quarts of paint, roller, roller inserts, paint brush, and stir sticks. It was everything I needed!
