The pins are good, look sharp, sound good.They noticeably improve the tone of my Epiphone & Washburn guitars (made with good wood, but cheap plastic pins, bridge & nut).They may improve the tone over the ebony pins I tested them against.I largely bought them as a "reward" for my main stage guitar (semi-pro acoustic duo, Kimmie & Johnny).Should make a special gift for a guitarist.I received the wrong pins in the mail (no mother-of-pearl dot), but after a few missteps I received the ones I ordered.If tone is important to you, you will be surprised at the clarity & boldness these premium pins may give you.
