The black armrest really sets off the appearance of the whole banjo besides adding comfort along with light weight.

The arm rest is beautiful. The problem is its attachment. Like most banjo arm rests, it is meant to attach by clamping between two bracket hoops. The clamp mechanism is very short and will fit across two bracket hooks on expensive banjos with 24 hooks but not across less expensive banjos with fewer hooks. Sorry, i did not take a pic to post prior to returning. Thankfully, the return was free via Prime.

Decent quality arm rest, easy to install. Put onto a George Washburn open back from the 1890s. Should fit most open back/ resonator pots in that size range. Currently on a 24 bracket pot.
