I bought this for my mountain bike threadless headset. It looked just about bulletproof. It went on easily and held strong. The problem was removing it. The metal had corroded so bad that I had to drill it off. Kinda strange considering that my bike is kept in my garage and never ridden in the rain.

Stripped my factory one. So search local bike shop no luck. Amazon to rescue found this works better then my stock FSA

Well my intended use is for my fender at he bottom of my headset. But it didn’t fit the bracket I was using for my fender which is no longer made.
