EASY INSTALLATION
The KTE-10G.3 is designed for Alpine's R2-W10D4 and R2-W10D2 8" subwoofers and is easy to install with Alpine's twist-lock EZ change grille system. Just remove the subwoofer's trim ring, put the grille in place, and replace the trim ring.

like the other review says, it takes a little finessing to get the logo exactly straight but otherwise easy install.

I like that I can mount it without unmounting the subwoofer. I do wish it had an alignment feature because it tends to rotate a bit when locking the trim ring back on. So getting it aligned just right is a bit of an art.
