I bought these for some 1/8 wire rope and they are thinner and shorter than other ferules. It's hard to fit 2 crimps on these. In my photo these are the one on the right.*edit* These don't crimp at all on my 1/8 wire rope. They are listed as 14mm long but are actually 11-12mm. Changing from 2 to 1 star.

These are perfect for my 1/8" cable. They crimp tight enough to get by with one but I have always double crimped and will continue to.The crimps are made with just enough diameter to push the cable through without needing to ream the edges.All good. I recommend them.

These looked small at first, the 1/2 length became 3/4 inch after crimping. It worked well for my application.
