Looks almost like the stock plastic piece, nothing fancy, the stock 18mm screws that mount to the cage won't fit, so use the supplied 10mm (hopefully they'll survive).The countersunk holes are shallow, the screws' heads hang out a bit.The main issue, that I had, is that the lower links fit sloppy, so I used 0.5mm washers between the pivot balls for a perfect fit, it's a bit challenging to put together so I suggest using a long screw to push them partially down into the skid, pull the screw and push the links down until the 30mm set lscrew goes through.No fancy packaging to keep cost down.

Make no mistake! This is a skid plate for the axial CAPRA. Idk why the seller has a such contradictory info on the listing. Anyway, dropped right into my Capra and looks and feels great. We’ll see how it holds up but it can’t be worse that the plastic stock one.

Half of the holes not tapped other than that it’s a decent skid…maybe you get lucky and get one that’s finished

Absolute garbage, dont waste your money on this product, stick with plastic one over this.

Did not fit a capra prefect none of stock links would fit took an hour of filing to make it work then the dig servo mount holes only had about 2 or 3 threads had to tap them and my tap broke another 45 minutes to get it out. So if you want a new part that you have to make work the this is it

Bought this for my Axial SCX10-III and in NO way is it a correct part or replacement, yet not even an upgrade possibility for the 10-III. Dont know about the Capra requirements but this isn't correct for an Axial SCX10-III.

This an upgrade for the Capra and NOT A SCX10 3. I’m not sure why they advertise it as such. This upgrade dropped in with no issue. Highly recommended for the price.
