Case 1: When you encounter a situation where you cannot connect automatically, please note:
1. When getting in the car, please make sure that the Bluetooth and WiFi functions of the mobile phone are turned on and the Bluetooth is not occupied;
2. Clear the pairing record, restart the mobile phone and repair the device again.
Case 2: If the original car is equipped with wired CarPlay/Android Auto, why can't connect?
1. Please use your mobile phone to delete the name of the Bluetooth equipment of the original car；
2. Restore the factory equipment (because the equipment is single Bluetooth, if the Bluetooth of the original car has been connected to the mobile phone On the phone, the phone cannot connect the Bluetooth of the device)

About Firmware Upgrade:
In order to bring you a better experience, this product supports OTA online upgrade function. When the wireless converter box cannot be used normally or the mobile phone has performance problems after upgrading the system, it is recommended to upgrade the wireless converter box firmware to the latest version. If the wireless converter box works normally, it is usually not recommended to upgrade the firmware.
1. It is recommended to use the browser that comes with the mobile phone;
2. When upgrading, please connect the wifi of the adapter;
3. After downloading, the upgrade will be automatically completed. Please do not click the upgrade button.
Case 3: After pairing the Android Auto adapter, the Android Auto function or compatibility/cannot recognize USB cannot be started.
1. If your car uses the Android Auto function for the first time, please use the data cable to connect the phone to activate Android Auto through a wired manner
2. Please make sure that Android Auto on your Android phone is the latest version. If not, please update to the latest version.
3. Please turn off the mobile phone Bluetooth and enter the mobile application management search to automatically remove the automatic cache. After the cleanup is completed, restart the adapter and connect the Bluetooth again.
Case 4: Audio input or output problem: call rejected or transferred touvoicemail/no sound played/microphone inoperative.
1.Please check if the iphone/Android smart phone's Bluetooth connect toother devices such as Earphone, watch.... If so, please disconnect other auto-connected Bluetooth devices,and android smart phone also need to connect to the vehicle Bluetooth for android auto.
2.When on a call, check that your "Audio" output option is Carplay/Android Auto.

Absolutely love this. Great price too, works perfectly for my radio! Now I don’t need a wire and my phone automatically connects to my radio! Definitely recommend this, it’s highly easy to setup and once your set it up, you won’t have to again! 10/10 recommend!

I bought this for my junker car which had an after market Apple Carplay/Android Auto/Backup camera installed model Boss BVCP9685A. A chatted with BOSS online and asked them if this device would work and they said it should work but never tested their models with this device. I bought it thinking I could use it in another modern car if it failed on the after market device. It works like a charm. I connected to it via bluetooth and it just works! I purchased a similar device two years ago (not this company or model) and it worked in my modern car (2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid) but didn't work with my car's steering wheel controls forcing me to skip songs by touching the screen which was annoying. I'm happy to report that this device DOES WORK with my car's steering wheel controls. I just placed an order for a second device.CONS: Being wireless means battery drain so you might need to plug it into a charger. However, my Apple Car Play/Android Auto USB port on my car is not fast charging and the biggest annoyance of using a wire is accidentally bumping the cable and losing the connection. This wireless device avoids that so its a must buy!

In 2016 when I got my truck with Android auto I was stoked! The phones we had then charged fine with the USB cable and it gave me access to Android auto (win-win). Then Waze became available and I was in hog heaven. But then the newer phones I got not only wouldn't charge with the cable but they would actually drain the battery faster than not being connected! I saw other people connecting wirelessly to their newer systems and was told that my system did not support wireless connectivity. I looked for a long time trying to find something and when I saw this I figured I'd give it a shot. Connecting to it is a simple as plugging the device into the USB port on your vehicle and then on your phone connecting to the Bluetooth name that it broadcasts.... And that's it!!! You just leave it in the port and when you start your vehicle within 10 seconds Android auto pops up even with my phone locked and in my pocket. Most of the time it connects within 2 to 3 seconds. I drove a newer vehicle that had wireless Android auto and it took about 30 to 40 seconds before it would connect after starting the vehicle. I can't believe this device for the price is as good as it is, but it is! If you've been looking for a way to get Android/Apple auto/carplay wirelessly on an older system, this is the device you've been looking for! 10/10 recommend!

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the connections has to periodically reset by unplugging and reconnecting. It then syncs within seconds.
