Our boys love playing the different animal sounds, especially in the house. They all sound legit like the animals shown on the turn dial and it’s got a decent volume to it. I don’t love the option to switch it to activate the sound upon blowing into the horn, it’s sort of confusing for the kiddos and I can just see spit getting in the mouth piece. Overall it’s a fun toy for kids into animal sounds and would make for an interesting camping trip or nature hike.

Sound quality is good, it has an option to blow or turn the dial to make the sound so its easy for any age to use. A good variety of animals as well. Made out of a thicker plastic so it has been holding up nicely with being thrown around by a toddler, I also haven't had to change the batteries since getting it and its been used quite a lot.

This animal making noise toy is so much fun to play with. My daughter has lots of fun with it. It offers lots of different animals and the noise that they make. It is lightweight and easy to use. It has lots of different colors throughout it and looks great

I was shocked to realize that it came with the 3 AA batteries it requires! The animal caller makes nine different animal sounds. First, the animal sounds are realistic. It can take a little bit of direction for the kids to figure it out but very little. The animal sound continues for a few to several seconds after you stop blowing. In testing, I found that occasionally, despite having the caller dialed to one animal, the animal next to it sounds. Rather than being a point of frustration though, the kids found it hilarious. There's a little clip that can clip to a belt loop but the plastic clip doesn't strike me as something that's going to hold up when it catches a door frame running through the house. I find it to be a good value compared to similar items - especially since they included batteries.

This works two ways - there's a horn you blow in. When enough air passes through it triggers the animal sound. It's not direct, in other words, like a traditional duck call would be, say, but it works and works really well. My 5-year-old could do it instantly with a bit of coaching. The other way is just to turn a dial to the different animals and the sound goes automatically. There's a toggle switch for off/horn/dial. It takes three AAA batteries, which were included. It's pretty flimsy plastic, but seems like it should hold together for a while. The colors are nice and bright. Our son so far loves this thing. It's fun and educational at the same time. I was a little skeptical of it at first, but now I'm glad we got it. It's pretty cool.

This little toy is a huge hit! My 3-year-old is obsessed with animals and loves pressing the buttons to hear each sound. The animal calls are surprisingly realistic. It’s small enough for little hands and sturdy enough to survive a few drops. I also love that it's not too loud, so it's exciting but not annoying for parents. The concept is great for imaginative play and early learning, especially if you’re teaching about North American wildlife. Perfect gift for curious kiddos who love nature!

Kids love sounds. Kids also love animals. Kids are also little germ factories. Haha. Great idea! Not a real good design. The front sound wheel is thin and feels like it can break easily. The screw didn't want to unscrew. I had to pull the top tight outward for the screw to grab. When screwing it back in, it never tightened. The horn does not sound every time the child blows. Had an adult try as well with same results.
