My particular unit actually wouldn’t fully retract the piston, resulting in excessive noise and rubbing against my rotors. Ended up rebuilding my old caliper instead and returning this product.

Bought this to replace a(nother) seized caliper on my '08 Civic EX-L sedan. Caliper came looking better than equivalent new Honda part, completely rust free. As a bonus, included new brake pad retaining clips which was nice since the pads I ordered did not come with new clips. My only gripe is that the bolts it came with to hold the caliper were 14mm hex head instead of the stock 12mm hex head, so I kept the old, original ones to get the job done with fewer tools for next brake job. Have put about 400 miles on since installing the new caliper and braking is extremely smooth. Overall very satisfied. Will update if anything changes.
